Refund and Reprint Policy

Because our products are custom printed for each customer, we generally do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and production has started.

We want every order to be produced correctly and professionally. If your printed products arrive with a manufacturing defect, printing defect, or colors that are not reasonably faithful to the artwork submitted, we will review the issue and may offer a reprint or exchange at our discretion.

To request a review, please contact us within a reasonable time after receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue, along with your order details.

Please note that we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or reprints for errors that were present in the approved proof or artwork provided by the customer. This includes, but is not limited to:

Misspellings, grammar mistakes, incorrect phone numbers, wrong addresses, layout issues, design choices, image quality problems, or color preferences after approval.

Once a proof has been approved, the customer accepts responsibility for the accuracy of the content, layout, design, and overall appearance of the artwork.

Because screen colors can vary from printed colors, exact color matching is not guaranteed unless a specific color-matching process has been requested and agreed upon before production.

Our goal is to make sure your order is produced with care, accuracy, and quality. If there is a production-related problem, we will work with you to make it right.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
